The Trustees and staff of Barrow Cadbury Trust send heartfelt condolences to our friend Brendan Cox, over the devastating loss of Jo.

We greatly admire Brendan’s capacity for generosity and the great strength he showed the world yesterday with his statement of optimism in the face of his despair.  That message is resonating around the globe.  Hope not hate, unity and inclusion, not isolation and individualism.

Jo was an inspiring role model for young people everywhere and will be sorely missed.
