Launch of the T2A Alliance's new report on young adults in the criminal justice system

On 13th July, the T2A Alliance, convened by the Barrow Cadbury Trust, published its report: A New Start: Young Adults in the Criminal Justice System

The report contains 21 new and innovative proposals aimed at changing the way that Britain deals with the burgeoning problem of young adult crime. The T2A Alliance calls for a distinct and radically different approach to young adults in the criminal justice system; an approach that is proportionate to their maturity and responsive to their specific needs.
